Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly-motivated Closer to join our dynamic team. This is a crucial sales role responsible for guiding clients through the final stages of the sales process for a diverse portfolio of services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of converting leads into long-term clients in one or more of the following areas: Medicaid, Final Expense, Home Improvement, and Carpet Cleaning.
This position requires a strong blend of sales acumen, exceptional customer service, and the ability to handle a variety of client needs with professionalism and empathy.
Salary: 50, ,000 per Month (Commensurate with experience and performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Actively engage with pre-qualified leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings to close sales and finalize client agreements.
- Consultative Sales: Serve as a knowledgeable advisor, educating potential clients on the benefits and details of our services, which may include:
- Medicaid: Guiding individuals and families through the complex enrollment process to ensure they receive essential benefits.
- Final Expense: Helping seniors and their families secure crucial life insurance policies to cover end-of-life costs.
- Home Improvement: Finalizing contracts for remodeling, renovation, and repair projects.
- Carpet Cleaning: Booking and confirming residential and commercial cleaning services.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience and encourage future referrals.
- Documentation and Compliance: Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork, ensuring adherence to all industry-specific regulations and company policies.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any client-facing issues or objections to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system to track progress and report on goals.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and service technicians, to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or "closer" role, with a strong history of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Direct experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred: healthcare/Medicaid, insurance (especially Final Expense), home services, or residential/commercial contracting.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver.
