Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for our Gujranwala branch. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will assist in managing branch Sales Targets, Recruitment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities to achieve business Targets. Responsibilities include supporting the Branch Manager in planning and implementing strategies, monitoring team performance, fostering a customer-focused environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should thrive in a leadership role and have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Leadership and team management skills to oversee branch staff and support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Customer service and relationship management expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Sales and marketing skills to drive branch performance and meet sales goals.
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle day-to-day operations efficiently and address challenges proactively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and stakeholder engagement.
  • Good understanding of insurance and financial management practices (experience in life assurance will be an added advantage).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
