Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Assistant Manager Sales position at Askari Life Assurance Company's Gujranwala branch. The Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for developing and managing sales teams and achieving sales targets, conducting market analysis, and building strong relationships with various clients. The role also involves creating strategic plans to grow the customer base while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will contribute to training programs and performance evaluation of team members while promoting a positive team culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Team Leadership.
  • Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Business Development.
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
  • Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is advantageous.
