As we grow, we're looking to expand our finance team with a driven and detail-oriented Finance Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily accounting operations and financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Support in monthly and annual closing procedures
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
  • Prepare financial summaries for management
  • Assist with audits and tax filings
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure financial accuracy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant finance or accounting experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP systems, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
