About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our accounts and finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of critical accounting functions, including maintaining our fixed asset register, managing nationwide ground related expenses and advance of teams, managing the official bank account to facilitate payment of expenses, and ensuring accurate financial postings in SAP Business One. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to build a strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Managing the asset register and running the depreciation in compliance with the company policy and accounting standards.

· Monitor project and departmental expenses to ensure alignment with budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

· Follow up on bills submitted against advances and ensure accurate posting in SAP B1.

· Manage and reconcile employee's ledger on a regular basis.

· Maintain accurate cost records and tracking systems, including monitoring pending bills against issued advances to field teams.

· Manage employee banking accounts to facilitate payments of expenses and claims for regional project teams and office staff.

· Coordinate with field teams to resolve financial and accounting matters.

· Handle and monitor petty cash transactions with proper documentation.

· Adjusting employee advances and reconciling outstanding amounts.

· Provide comprehensive assistance to the Managers with ad-hoc tasks, reports, and projects as assigned.

Qualification

· B.Com / BBA (Fin) / MBA (Fin) / M.Com / ADC Finance, or a bachelors in a related field

· Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or accounts in a reputable organization.

· Familiarity with SAP B1 will be an added advantage.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
