Get Licensed is a fast-paced technology business at heart (the majority of our team are developers or tech wizards), and we are at an exciting stage of our business, having tripled since 2020. We have ambitious plans to significantly scale our existing business, broaden our product suite, and continue to grow profitably revenue year on year, with a clear roadmap of how we will get there. We are looking for a full-time Senior Product Manager to lead one of our products.
The Senior Product Manager will report to the Head of Product & Tech in Pakistan, and they will lead high-impact initiatives across our ecosystem. They will own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from discovery and strategy to delivery and growth. They will act as the bridge between business objectives, user needs, and technical execution, ensuring products drive measurable value.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and leadership. They will manage a squad of engineers and designers, collaborate with operations and sales, and align product vision with company goals.
What you will be doing:
- Product Ownership: Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for one or more products in the ecosystem (e.g., GuardPass, GuardHire, GuardCheck).
- Discovery & Research: Conduct customer interviews, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses.
- Delivery Leadership: Partner with engineering and design to deliver features on time and to quality, using Agile methodologies.
- Metrics & Impact: Define KPIs, monitor product performance (conversion, engagement, retention, NPS), and continuously iterate.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance to ensure product decisions support wider business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building a culture of product excellence.
- Innovation: Explore and test new technologies (AI, automation, workflows) to enhance efficiency and user experience.
What we are looking for:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
- Proven experience delivering products end-to-end, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, or B2B2C platforms.
- Strong analytical skills: able to interpret data, define metrics, and run experiments.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex needs into clear priorities.
- Experience leading Agile squads with engineers and designers.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
Desirable:
- Experience in training, staffing, compliance, or related industries.
- Familiarity with AI/automation, workflow systems, or digital transformation projects.
- Previous experience in scaling product teams across geographies.
- Technical background (SQL, APIs, or light coding) is a plus.
