Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the assigned brands. This position will contribute in the development and implementation of an effective marketing and sales strategy to maximize the revenues, gross margins and market share of the assigned brand(s).

Key Result Area

  • Increase in market share from all targeted markets
  • Financial budget achievement
  • Maintain promotional ratios for all assigned brands and portfolio

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new markets and brands based on future needs of HCP and patients
  • Develop strategic image of Getz life among all HCP fraternities
  • KOLs development
  • Ensure planning and execution of marketing activities, the development of communication strategy and tools, and monitoring of promotional expenses,
  • Ensure innovative and creative engagement strategies and tools, and successful launches of all new brands and line extensions

Qualification:

  • Pharm-D and MBA Marketing
  • a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Medical Background knowledge, Pharmaceutical/ Nutraceutical Market knowledge
  • Brand/Product Management knowledge and skills
  • Good people management skills and excellent business acumen
