About the Role

As a Customer Services Specialist, your role will be to engage with potential clients through both inbound and outbound calls, deliver top-tier service, and generate interest in our offerings. This position is perfect for individuals who are excellent communicators, confident, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and clarity
  • Use prepared scripts to ensure effective communication and messaging
  • Build trust and create interest in our services during calls
  • Meet assigned daily and monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate records of call details and lead information in the CRM
  • Share valuable feedback to help improve team performance

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing (preferred but not required)

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade, influence, and build rapport
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable working under pressure
  • Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing (preferred but not required)

Pay range and compensation package

  • Competitive base salary with commission for every successful lead
