Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad for a Front Desk Representative. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for managing phone calls, performing receptionist duties, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and professional reception area.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
  • Ability to handle Reservations efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration is a plus
  • Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is beneficial
