We're looking for a highly motivated and extroverted Business Development Executive who can drive significant growth by forging strong partnerships and opening new markets across the corporate landscape in Sindh Province.

Role Overview

In this role, you will:

  • Identify

potential clients and business opportunities spanning Private Corporate Sector, Real Estate, Industrial, Hospitality, Education, Military, and Government sectors.
- Engage

prospective clients through direct communication channels including phone calls, emails, and networking events.
- Plan and Track

: Execute daily visits and business meetings, ensuring every interaction is logged in our ERP system.
- Innovate

: Devise creative strategies to generate new leads—from exploring online tender opportunities to cultivating referrals and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, local builders and project developers.
- Collaborate

: Partner with our Technical and Pre-sales teams to conduct site surveys, create detailed estimates, and prepare compelling proposal documents.
- Manage Relationships

: Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships, steering clients through every phase of the sales cycle—from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Provide Insights

: Offer regular feedback on product performance, competitive landscape, and customer satisfaction, ensuring continuous improvement and market adaptability.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Self-Starter Attitude:

You must be proactive and capable of generating and closing leads with minimal guidance.
- Communication Excellence:

Strong presentation skills along with clear, concise verbal and written communications that are solution-driven.
- Technical Acumen:

A willingness to excel in the technology, equipment, and techniques related to low voltage systems in commercial settings.
- Team & Independent Work:

Ability to thrive independently as well as collaborate efficiently within a team environment.
- Attention to Detail:

Robust organizational skills and a meticulous approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
