Responsible for designing and implementing complex computer systems and networks. Will lead on designing the architecture for social protection information systems. Will support and advise on process of developing data and API standards for inter-system interoperability.

Key Tasks:

1) Develop and oversee the strategic plan for IT systems and network infrastructure.

2) Design IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.

3) Lead the integration of new technology systems.

4) Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements.

5) Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT infrastructure with business goals.

6) Provide guidance and leadership to the IT development team.

Qualifications:

1) Education/Training

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a

related field.

  • Certifications such as TOGAF or Zachman Framework.

2) Language

  • English and Urdu at C1 level or above (based on CEFR levels)

3) General Professional Experience

  • 10 years experience of networking, database design, and cloud computing.

  • 5 years experience in multiple programming languages and IT systems.

4) Specific Professional Experience

  • 7 years of experience in IT system design and architecture

  • 7 years of experience in developing strategic IT plans.

  • 7 years of experience in leading large-scale IT projects.

  • 2 years of experience with government IT system design and architecture

5) Leadership/Management Experience

  • 2 years experience of leading a team

6) International professional experience outside the country/region of assignment

  • 2 years experience working internationally

7) Professional experience in the country/region of assignment

  • 7 years of experience in Pakistan IT system design and architecture.

8) Development cooperation experience

2 years experience working with development cooperation partners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs400, Rs450,000.00 per month
