Job Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about business development, digital solutions, and achieving measurable results—all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Present Rixson Labs' services and solutions to potential clients effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to meet client needs and company goals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in Website and APP).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Good understanding of Web Development, Mobile APP or Software services will be a plus.
  • Availability to work 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Remote).
