Job Description

A UK-based law firm is looking for an experienced TikTok & Meta Lead Generation Specialist to join our digital marketing team remotely from Pakistan.

This role is ideal for a creative, results-driven individual who can independently manage all aspects of paid social media lead generation, with a strong focus on TikTok.

You will plan, create and optimise paid campaigns designed to generate quality leads for our UK legal services, working closely with senior management in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and run TikTok sponsored lead-generation campaigns and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid advertising aimed at UK audiences.
  • Create and source engaging content (short-form videos, images and copy) tailored to each platform.
  • Use AI content creation tools to produce high-quality, cost-effective creatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and adjust campaigns for best results.
  • Provide regular, clear reports and insights to senior management.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience with TikTok marketing – from lead generation through to content creation.
  • Minimum 2 years' proven experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid advertising.
  • Demonstrable ability to create, source and edit content and to use AI-assisted tools for creative production.
  • A general all-rounder in digital marketing who can work independently and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Role Details

  • Remote position based in Pakistan, supporting a UK law firm.
  • Full-time or part-time – open to discussion.
  • Competitive salary in PKR based on experience and results.
