What You'll Do:

As our Digital Marketing & Workflow Automation Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Management: Create, launch, and monitor ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to generate high-quality leads.
  • Workflow Automation: Set up and manage automated workflows to engage potential customers, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing leads effectively.
  • Lead Management: Oversee the entire lead generation process, from capturing leads to converting them into loyal customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to inquiries, providing exceptional support and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience for our customers.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain and grow our presence on various social media channels by creating and coordinating engaging posts, validating content internally, and fostering community engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and lead generation.
  • Hands-on expertise with workflow automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, etc.).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to handle inquiries and ensure a positive customer journey.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to craft compelling social media content and campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with systems thinking or a willingness to learn is a plus
