We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, identifying, and qualifying potential leads that can help drive business growth. This is a remote position with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, directories, and social networks.
- Collect and verify accurate contact information (emails, phone numbers, company details).
- Maintain and update lead databases (Excel/Google Sheets/CRM).
- Generate leads based on specific target markets and business requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing/sales team to ensure lead quality and effectiveness.
- Meet weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or data entry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
