Ads Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running high-performing campaigns focused on lead generation, brand visibility, and ROI growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to maximize performance.
- Create engaging ad creatives and copy tailored to each platform.
- Monitor campaign budgets, track KPIs, and adjust strategies for better performance.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.).
- Run A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC and social ads trends, policies, and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Ads Specialist / PPC Specialist (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or multi-platform).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and remarketing strategies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
