Company and Role Overview

BackTech, is seeking a Marketing Strategist Manager to lead and execute integrated

marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth. This role requires

expertise in market research, consumer insights, and digital marketing channels. The ideal

candidate is both creative and analytical, with strong communication and project

management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and

target audiences

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email,

PR, and traditional channels

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights and ROI

  • Manage and track marketing budgets and expenses

  • Develop and maintain brand identity, messaging, and consistency across

platforms

  • Create and execute content marketing strategies (blogs, articles, white papers,

social media)

  • Oversee production and distribution of high-quality content

  • Lead marketing projects from planning to execution within timelines and

budgets

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Language: Proficient in English (US), both written and verbal.

  • Proven track record in designing and executing marketing strategies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar)

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to work independently and in team environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs220, Rs250,000.00 per month
