Al Midrar Institute is the brain child of Shaykh Atif Ahmed, a renowned religious scholar from Pakistan. Midrar Institute has evolved into a multi-brand ecosystem that includes Shaykh Atif Ahmed himself, our educational courses, welfare programs, public figures associated with the institute, and multiple outreach verticals. With diverse entities operating under two umbrellas; Midrar Institure and Sheikh Atif Ahmed, we are entering a critical a phase of restructuring where there is a clear need for a unified, optimized brand strategy which will be essential for sustained growth and long-term impact.

We are looking for a visionary Brand Strategist who can define direction, build structure, guide creative teams, and drive brand growth across all Midrar entities.

Role: Brand Strategist

Location: Karachi (Onsite)

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3–6 years in branding, marketing strategy, or creative direction

Reporting To: Head of Marketing / Management

Role Purpose

To build and implement a top-to-bottom brand strategy across all Midrar brands, ensuring clarity, consistency, strong market positioning, and sustainable growth. The strategist will connect creative teams, sales funnels, and brand messaging into one unified direction.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Structure

Create a clear brand hierarchy for all Midrar verticals (Shaykh Atif Ahmed, courses, welfare, personalities).

Define each brand's positioning, identity, voice, audience, and purpose.

Align all activities under a unified brand direction.

Creative & Marketing Direction

Guide the graphics team, video team, and content team with structured brand guidelines.

Review and approve creative output to ensure consistency with brand strategy.

Drive campaign themes aligned with Shaykh Atif's narrative style (motivation, authenticity, integrity, self-growth).

Sales Funnel & Growth

Assess existing sales funnels and identify gaps in awareness, lead quality, and conversion.

Build new markets for courses using strategic messaging, segmentation, and targeting.

Work with marketing and sales teams to shape demand before the selling process begins.

Brand Awareness & Market Impact

Develop strategies to increase top-of-mind awareness.

Shift from "selling" to storytelling by communicating the value of Midrar's programs.

Create impactful narratives that resonate emotionally with youth and professionals.

Cross-Department Collaboration

Work closely with research, sales, graphics, content, academics, and leadership teams.

Provide monthly strategy reports and brand direction reviews.

Lead brainstorming sessions and ensure brand alignment across all channels.

Requried Skills:

Strong understanding of brand building and architecture, consumer psychology, insight led marketing and digital marketing.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with personal brands, educational programs, or mission-driven organizations

Familiarity with Pakistan's youth and motivation-focused content landscape

Experience leading or guiding creative teams
