Plant Controller - Finance

Location:
Lahore, Pakistan

Responsibilities

  • Drive accurate and timely plant financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manage product and project costing in alignment with company objectives. Partner with operations to analyse plant performance, variances, and cost efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's internal controls framework (including RACM and P2P processes).
  • Collaborate on supply finance initiatives and support cross-functional project teams.
  • Lead or support internal audits, implement remediation actions, and promote a culture of control excellence.
  • Utilize SAP for financial reporting, cost tracking, and process management.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in
    Plant or Factory Controlling
    within a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, audit practices, and financial governance.
  • Proven experience with
    SAP, RACM, and P2P frameworks.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (required).
    Preferably CA, ICAEW, CIA, or equivalent qualification.
