Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for members' queries, issues, and requests.
  • Organize and manage community events, workshops, and networking sessions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with members to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote community initiatives.
  • Monitor member satisfaction and provide feedback to improve services.
  • Maintain the day-to-day operations of the co-working space, ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Track community metrics and generate regular reports on engagement and growth.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in community management, hospitality, or coworking spaces.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Passion for building and nurturing communities.
  • Ability to handle member concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Experience organizing events and activities.
