Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Product Manager located in Lahore for a Padel startup. The Senior Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Responsibilities include conducting market research, defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role involves leading the product development process, managing timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing product performance and making data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Product Management: Experience in overseeing the entire product lifecycle, managing timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Market Research and Analysis: Skills in conducting market research, defining product requirements, and making data-driven decisions
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to lead teams, work collaboratively with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IoT, digitization of utilities, financial services, and blockchain technologies
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience: Prior experience in a senior product management role is essential
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus
