Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing search engine optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website. You will play a critical role in increasing our online visibility, enhancing user experience, and maximizing conversion rates. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify valuable search terms and target relevant audiences.
  • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and on-page elements, to improve organic search visibility and user experience.
  • Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and increase organic traffic.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may impact search engine rankings, such as crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, and site speed optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics, providing regular reports and insights on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and recommend strategies to stay ahead in organic search rankings..
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to implement SEO best practices and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 3+ years experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of improving organic search rankings and driving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and the latest industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of website analytics, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles to effectively communicate with developers and implement technical SEO recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex SEO concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
