We are looking for a 
Technical Project Manager
 who understands both 
project management practices
 and 
game/software development workflows
. The role bridges the gap between 
clients, developers, and designers
, ensuring timely delivery of projects without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, sprints, and task tracking in tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana).
  • Coordinate with Unity developers, designers, and QA to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Communicate with clients, gather requirements, prepare documentation, and provide regular status updates.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
  • Track project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Ensure game builds are delivered on time, tested, and meet client requirements.
  • Maintain documentation for workflows, project reports, and lessons learned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Design, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience
     in project management, ideally in a tech or game development company.
  • Understanding of the 
    Unity game or software development pipeline
     (not necessarily coding, but familiarity with processes, builds, QA).
  • Hands-on experience with 
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    .
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage time zones, deadlines, and cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience working with a 
    game dev services company

  • Basic knowledge of version control systems (Git, Plastic SCM).
  • Familiarity with multiplayer backends (Photon, Mirror, PlayFab).
  • Certification in Agile/Scrum or PMP.
