For one of our associated business, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resource Executive and Administrator to support the daily operations of our dynamic team. This role combines human resource management, team coordination, Project/product management and administrative duties, ensuring that everything runs smoothly

Key Responsibilities:

· Human Resource Management: Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

· Team Coordination: Assist in managing team dynamics, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.

· Administrative Support: Handle a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, resource management, and general office management.

· Project Support: Assist with tracking project timelines, organizing tasks, and providing administrative support to ensure project goals are met.

· Independent Operations Management: When leadership is off-site, take charge of team operations, ensuring continued productivity and adherence to company policies.

Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline

· Good Communication skills

· Multi task ability

· Quick learner eager to learn new things.

· Good communication skills.

· Proficient in using computer and internet surfing

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
