Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Executive located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR management and operations, designing and implementing HR policies, and fostering effective employee relationships. The role includes recruitment, training, performance management, and providing support and guidance to staff to ensure a positive and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Expertise in HR Operations and developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Experience in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Pakistan is a plus
