Outreach Specialist
to help us connect with potential clients worldwide and grow our business.

The
Outreach Specialist
will be responsible for identifying potential leads, initiating contact through various online platforms, and maintaining consistent communication with prospects. The goal is to generate interest in our services and set up meetings or opportunities for our business development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.), social media, and business directories.
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Write and send personalized proposals and messages to attract potential clients.
  • Manage and track leads using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Follow up with leads and schedule meetings or demos with senior management.
  • Maintain strong communication and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or IT).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in lead generation, client outreach, or online bidding is a plus.
  • Familiarity with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.) is preferred.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
