Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and driven
Talent & Brand Specialist
to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on
technical recruitment
while also building and strengthening Kodifly's
employer brand
across global markets. You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent in engineering, AI, and product development, while ensuring candidates have an excellent end-to-end experience.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about both the science of recruitment and the art of employer branding, who can act as a trusted partner in shaping Kodifly's global talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Recruitment Excellence

  2. Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles (software engineer, AI/Computer Vision, product, project, etc.).

  3. Build and maintain strong pipelines through sourcing, networking, and outreach.
  4. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and design effective interview processes.
  5. Use structured assessments and data-driven methods to ensure high-quality hires.

  6. Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

  7. Elevate Kodifly's employer brand by crafting compelling content for social media, career pages, and hiring campaigns.

  8. Showcase Kodifly's culture, projects, and people to attract top talent globally.
  9. Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to align recruitment branding with company-wide storytelling.

  10. Candidate Experience & Process Innovation

  11. Ensure a transparent, engaging, and professional candidate journey.

  12. Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness).
  13. Continuously improve processes, introducing innovative sourcing tools and platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment
    , preferably in AI, SaaS, or technology startups.
  • Strong track record of filling mid-to-senior engineering/technical roles.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby), and recruitment analytics.
  • Knowledge of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment across multiple geographies.
