We are a growing digital company focused on winning projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. We work with a skilled internal design & development team, and we're looking for someone detail-oriented to help identify and convert leads into successful projects.

Job Overview

As an Upwork Bidder, your main responsibility will be to find relevant projects, write proposals that stand out, and coordinate with our team to win clients. You'll need to be self-motivated, work well under pressure, and be keen to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search, filter, and identify fitting projects on Upwork and other freelancing marketplaces
  • Write clear, tailored, persuasive proposals emphasizing client needs and our strengths
  • Communicate with potential clients, respond to queries, and build professional relationships
  • Collaborate with the design & development team to understand technical specifications before bidding
  • Maintain high activity on bidding platforms to ensure consistent outreach
  • Track proposal submissions, follow-ups, and conversion rates
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on bidding performance and outcomes
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies to improve success rates

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, Business Development Executive, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Upwork (mandatory) or other freelancing platforms
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and match them to our offerings
  • Knowledge of IT / software development / Shopify / eCommerce / web design is a plus
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
