We are seeking a highly skilled Data Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with data from the Solar, Real Estate, or Roofing industries. You will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and organizing large datasets to support our sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Analyze customer and lead data to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
  • Verify and validate data accuracy to ensure high-quality output.
  • Assist in data segmentation, lead scoring, and CRM updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing/sales teams to optimize lead generation and workflow automations.
  • Support ongoing data collection, auditing, and reporting tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in data analysis, data management, or a similar role.
  • Direct experience in Solar, Real Estate, or Roofing industries is mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
  • CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Data cleaning and validation
  • Ability to handle high volumes of raw customer or lead data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Strong spoken/written English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with lead generation companies or marketing agencies.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, workflow automation, or data pipelines.
  • Experience using BI reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio).
