Job Summary:

We are hiring female Support Agents to provide exceptional customer service and assistance across various platforms including phone, email, chat, and social media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, maintaining satisfaction, and ensuring a seamless support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media

* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources

* Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently

* Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM system

* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

* Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

* Meet individual and team KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback

Requirements:

* Female candidates only

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in *English*

* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

* Familiarity with CRM systems, email platforms, and MS Office tools

* Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and patience while handling queries

* Willingness to work in *shifts / rotational shifts* (if applicable)

* Freshers can apply; experience in a BPO or customer service role is a plus

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in live chat/email support

* Basic knowledge of Excel and documentation

* Prior experience in tech support, e-commerce, or healthcare support is a bonus
