Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an IT Support Officer based in Islamabad. The IT Support Officer will handle day-to-day technical support tasks, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, providing technical support for desktop computers and printers, and managing overall IT systems. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth technical operations and maintaining efficient IT infrastructure for optimal performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting tasks, with an ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Expertise in Information Technology, including hardware, software, and system configurations.
  • Experience with setting up and maintaining Desktop Computers and supporting peripherals, including Printer Support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
  • Troubleshoot system errors and resolve Windows-related issues
  • Manage inventory and perform occasional market visits (not daily)
  • Locate and manage camera equipment
  • Working knowledge of biometric
  • Perform tagging and organization tasks
  • 6months to 1 years of experience in IT support or related field
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, network systems, and system security is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Location: PWD, Islamabad

Shift Timing: 7:45pm - 6:00am

Salary: Up to 60,000 PKR
