Job Title: Covering Agent (Taxi Dispatcher)

Location: Islamabad (Bahria Town Phase IV)

Employment Type: Full Time

  • About the Role

We are looking for a sharp and steady Covering Agent to join our dispatch team. Think of this role as the control tower of our taxi operations. You will manage bookings, support drivers, handle customer queries, and make quick decisions that keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and dispatch taxi bookings efficiently
  • Monitor driver activity and assign jobs based on availability
  • Provide timely support to drivers and customers
  • Manage booking updates, cancellations, and route adjustments
  • Maintain smooth communication across the team
  • Ensure accurate data entry in dispatch systems

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a taxi dispatcher or covering agent
  • Strong command over multiple dispatch software's, especially 
    iCabbi
    , 
    Autocab
    , Cab9, InfoCab, and similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work shifts when required
