Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Corporate Sales to spearhead the establishment and leadership of our new B2B & B2B2C vertical
. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving sales in the insurance and health sectors, forging strategic partnerships with corporations, banks, and multinationals. Additionally, you will be responsible for building scalable revenue streams that extend beyond our existing B2C business.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute the corporate sales strategy for new business verticals including but not limited by designing the go-to-market model, pricing discussions, product proposal, pitch structures, and even designing new products.
  • Lead high-level negotiations with HR heads, CFOs, CEOs, and procurement leads in large organizations and corporate clients, as well as underwriters, to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Personally secure few initial deals to validate the business model, while in parallel building and scaling a specialized & dedicated corporate sales team.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with corporates, multinationals & banks leveraging both existing connections and market insights.
  • Shape and influence product roadmaps by providing market intelligence, client feedback, and insights into evolving corporate needs.
  • ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities, manage key external stakeholders, and proactively act on emerging growth opportunities.
  • Monitor, report, and deliver sales performance against defined targets, ensuring revenue objectives are consistently met or exceeded.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in corporate sales, preferably within the insurance sector with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Deep understanding of insurance and technology trends, market dynamics, and evolving customer needs, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Established network and strong relationships with senior corporate stakeholders, enabling access and influence at decision-making levels.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build trust and credibility across diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the capacity to inspire, mentor, and drive high-performing teams toward ambitious goals.
  • Strategic and results-oriented mindset, with a balance of vision and execution to deliver sustainable business growth.
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex discussions and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect sales strategies to overall organizational objectives and financial outcomes.
