The Business Growth Manager is responsible for driving company growth through strategic sales initiatives, innovative marketing campaigns, and performance-driven business development efforts. This role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and optimizing revenue streams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
  • Lead and manage sales campaigns from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance and KPIs, providing regular reports to management.
  • Develop pricing, promotional, and partnership strategies to enhance competitiveness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing objectives.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Suggest improvements in business processes and customer experience to support sustainable growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (7-10 years) in business growth, sales, or marketing management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding growth and revenue targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales and strategic partnerships.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and lead generation funnels.
  • Knowledge of emerging marketing technologies (AI tools, automation platforms, etc.).
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional or sales teams.
