Business Growth Manager

The Business Growth Manager drives company growth through strategic IT sales, innovative marketing, and performance-focused business development. The role centers on identifying new market opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and maximizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market presence and boost revenue.
- Lead IT sales campaigns from prospecting to closure.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Track KPIs and provide performance reports to management.
- Develop pricing, promotional, and partnership strategies to stay competitive.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7–10 years' proven experience in
IT sales and business growth roles
. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B tech sales and strategic partnerships.
- Familiarity with performance marketing and lead funnels.
- Knowledge of AI and marketing automation platforms.
