The Business Growth Manager drives company growth through strategic IT sales, innovative marketing, and performance-focused business development. The role centers on identifying new market opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market presence and boost revenue.
  • Lead IT sales campaigns from prospecting to closure.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Track KPIs and provide performance reports to management.
  • Develop pricing, promotional, and partnership strategies to stay competitive.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7–10 years' proven experience in
    IT sales and business growth roles
    .
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B tech sales and strategic partnerships.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and lead funnels.
  • Knowledge of AI and marketing automation platforms.
