About the Role:
We are seeking an onsite HR Intern with excellent communication skills in English and a strong interest in human resources. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
You will also assist in updating our employee records with new hire information, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. You will assist in organizing and planning our HR approaches, policies, and procedures.
This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in human resources and develop your skills in a dynamic and growing organization. After successfully completing the probation period, this intern position may lead to a permanent position as a Talent Acquisition Associate. What you'll be doing?
- Assist the recruitment department with day-to-day operations, including recruitment, selection, orientation, and employee training and development.
- Help update employee records with new hire information, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Assist in organizing and planning HR approaches, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in coordinating employee events and activities.
- Take interview calls through online systems like Google Meet or Zoom.
- Provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of HR-related communications and documentation.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
What are we looking for?
- One year of experience in HR will be preferred, although fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Familiar with full-cycle recruiting
- Basic knowledge of ATS and HR tools
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Knowledge of HR processes and policies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others as well as independently.
- Experience taking calls through online systems like Google Meet or Zoom is a plus.
