Job description

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights. You will take ownership of our BI platforms, develop analytical models, and partner closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful dashboards and reports that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build advanced, interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Apache Superset, or Metabase.

Write optimized SQL queries and develop modular data transformations in dbt.

Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Partner with business units to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs.

Present insights in a clear, compelling narrative for technical and non-technical audiences.

Validate, clean, and maintain data integrity in reporting systems.

Coach junior analysts and enforce best practices in analytics and visualization.

Collaborate with data engineering teams to design scalable data pipelines and workflows.

Troubleshoot and debug data quality issues, working across Airbyte, DLT Hub, and other ingestion tools.

Support deployment processes, including testing and validation of data models in staging and production.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years as a data analyst or BI developer.

Strong experience with at least two major BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Superset, Metabase).

Advanced SQL skills with proven ability to write and optimize complex queries.

Experience with dbt and dimensional data modeling.

Knowledge of data extraction and ELT processes (Airbyte, DLT Hub, Fivetran, etc.).

Familiarity with deployment workflows and identifying data issues across environments.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data storytelling skills.

Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Prior experience mentoring analysts or leading small analytics teams is a plus.
