Job Title: Human Resource
Specialist

Timings:
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Days:
Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Support payroll, benefits, and attendance management.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in performance reviews, training, and employee engagement.
  • Act as point of contact for HR queries and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement policies related to workflow, compliance, and other protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with common HR software for payroll, benefits, and attendance.
  • Strong English communication and organizational skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven HR experience.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
