Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Payroll specialist located in Karāchi. The Human Resources Payroll specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies, handling employee benefits, and personnel management. Day-to-day tasks include processing employee salaries, maintaining payroll records, resolving payroll discrepancies, and providing support for HR management and employee documentation.

 
Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills
  • Experience in HR Management and HR Policies (3-5 years)
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Excel
