Momentum Consulting Group is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Caretaker/House Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations, upkeep, and administrative functions of a private residence. This role requires proactive management of household systems, domestic staff, and budget-related tracking, ensuring the property runs smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Tracking & Budget Management

  • Maintain detailed records of kitchen expenses, including groceries, household supplies, and pantry inventory.
  • Monitor and log all house repairs and maintenance expenses.
  • Keep updated records of furniture and fixture-related costs, including upkeep, repairs, and replacements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date ledger of domestic staff salaries, allowances, and leave records.

2. Household Operations & Maintenance

  • Coordinate and supervise daily and ad-hoc repair work around the house to ensure timely and quality completion.
  • Monitor and ensure all essential utilities and systems are functioning smoothly, including:
  • Gas, electricity, and water
  • Pool heater
  • Air conditioning circulation pump
  • Geysers and water heaters
  • Garden irrigation and related systems

3. Procurement & Inventory

  • Purchase household goods and essentials from the market as required.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for cost-effective and high-quality acquisitions.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all new purchases, including warranties and receipts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in a similar caretaker, facility management, or household coordinator role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of home maintenance systems and general troubleshooting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge.
  • Effective communication skills in dealing with domestic staff and external vendors.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility.

Working Conditions:

  • Based at the residence full-time; may require occasional availability during weekends or after hours depending on household needs.
  • Physically capable of light manual work and inspection duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
