Buzzazi, a dynamic fashion brand based in Multan, is seeking a talented and highly motivated
Senior Fashion Designer
specializing in Eastern Pret-wear and Luxury Formals to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute creatively to our collections within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design innovative Eastern Pret-wear and Luxury Formal wear collections, aligning with the brand's aesthetic and market trends.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of garment construction, cutlines, fabric draping, and pattern making techniques.
  • Collaborate and lead effectively the studio team, punchers, and the production team throughout the design, development and production process.
  • Adhere to project timelines and deliver designs according to established deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Establish clear standard operating procedures to align with design KPIs and foster the studio team to produce meaningful results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven proficiency in designing Eastern Pret-wear and Luxury Formals.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cutlines, fabric draping, pattern making, and fabric selection principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Prior professional experience in fashion design is mandatory
