Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager HoReCa, based in Karachi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding sales within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) segment. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, implementing marketing plans, maintaining relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves overseeing the sales team, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, particularly within the HoReCa segment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Analytical skills for market research and sales performance assessment
- Knowledge of the local market, particularly Karachi, and the ability to work on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
