Key Responsibilities:
- GHL Platform Management: Set up, configure, and manage client accounts, ensuring optimal performance and functionality within the Go High Level ecosystem.
- Sales Funnel & Website Development: Design, build, and optimize high-converting landing pages, sales funnels, and basic websites directly within GHL, ensuring seamless user journeys.
- CRM & Lead Nurturing: Implement and manage CRM functionalities, lead tracking, pipeline management, and sophisticated lead nurturing sequences via email, SMS, and other communication channels.
- Marketing Automation: Create, test, and refine complex automation workflows, drip campaigns, and trigger-based sequences to streamline client operations and enhance conversion rates.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and launch email marketing campaigns, SMS broadcasts, and other communication strategies, aligning them with overall marketing objectives.
- Integrations: Connect GHL with essential external tools and platforms (e.g., social media, advertising platforms, payment gateways, calendaring tools) to create integrated marketing solutions.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key metrics, generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to translate client goals and marketing strategies into effective, measurable GHL implementations.
- Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest GHL features, industry trends, and digital marketing best practices to continuously enhance service offerings.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Mandatory: Go High Level (GHL) Certification.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, sales processes, and integrated campaign strategies.
- Proven hands-on experience in building, launching, and managing successful campaigns and workflows within Go High Level.
- Expert-level proficiency with core GHL features: Funnel Builder, CRM, Marketing Automations, Email/SMS Marketing, Calendars, Opportunities, and Reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with internal teams and potentially clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
