MetriSolution PVT LTD is a creative digital agency providing expert services in web design, web development, branding, and digital marketing. We're currently expanding our sales team and looking for a skilled Sales Executive to manage and grow our Upwork and Fiverr presence from our in-house office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Aliza Solutions' Upwork and Fiverr accounts.
  • Search for relevant web design, development, and branding projects daily.
  • Write personalized, high-converting proposals to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and confidently communicate project details.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain records of all bidding activity and performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in freelance platform bidding (Upwork, Fiverr).
  • Strong understanding of web design, development, and branding services.
  • Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Experience in writing customized proposals and dealing directly with clients.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Must be available for on-site work at our office.
