Role Overview

We're looking for motivated, organized, and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our US recruitment division. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to grow in international recruiting, work with a global team, and earn attractive performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and understand client-provided job descriptions (JDs).
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
  • Match candidates based on job requirements and relevant postal codes.
  • Contact and engage potential candidates to encourage job applications.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly hiring goals.
  • Ensure timely submissions and high-quality candidate placements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably US or international market).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated during the night shift.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: £300 per month
