Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter based in Lahore. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, sourcing and assessing candidates for technical roles, liaising with hiring managers, and coordinating the hiring process. The candidate will also ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates while maintaining excellent communication with the internal team throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
  • Strong Technical Recruiting and general Recruiting skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of the tech industry to identify and attract top-tier technical talent
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment is a plus
