An established division within a highly successful boutique recruitment agency is currently seeking 2 Recruitment Consultants to start within 1-2 months. Previous recruitment or sales experience is essential, and you will need to demonstrate ability to think outside the box and work constructively and efficiently in a busy recruitment environment. We are seeking recruiters who are tenacious and hard working, ability to manage specialist desks within the organisation.

If you think you have the skills, experience and can do attitude we need, then we'd love to hear from you. You will be given further opportunity to develop your division and will manage your own pools of candidates and clients.

This is a telephone based role that requires an excellent telephone manner and attention to detail. You will work to KPI's. Working hours are Monday to Friday 0830 to 1730, with a 1 hour lunch break. Office culture is vibrant, friendly and lively.

Personal Specification

  • You will either have a degree or relevant experience within a sales environment and the hunger and desire to succeed, with at least 1 years' experience in Recruitment.
  • You will be able to effectively multi task, adequately prioritise a busy and demanding workload and work towards and within deadlines.
  • You will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and in the spirit of the Company and your position.
  • You will demonstrate continual development your own knowledge, skills and capability.
  • You will be empathetic and have a professional telephone manner.
