About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic female candidates to join our team as Call Center Representatives in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
  • Meet performance targets and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided by the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) qualification; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Must be a resident of Rawalpindi or willing to commute.
