Job Summary

Support night shift recruitment operations at ABS International's Karachi facility. Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes with secured female transport service provided for safety and convenience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle hiring processes for on-site positions
  • Advertise job positions on Indeed, LinkedIn, and major job platforms
  • Screen applications and schedule candidate interviews
  • Maintain professional candidate communications throughout hiring process
  • Update employee records using ATS and HRIS systems
  • Assist in coordinating professional development sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
  • 1-2 years talent acquisition or HR coordination experience
  • Technical proficiency in ATS systems such as Bullhorn and Workday
  • Professional English verbal and written communication skills
  • Night shift availability (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT)
  • Immediate joining preferred
