Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for supporting and managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, payroll, and HR operations. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and maintain employee records.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to staff.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Oversee payroll processing and maintain HRIS records accurately.
  • Support employee engagement activities and initiatives to build a positive work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide data analysis for management decisions.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees for effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
